01 / Agreement to Terms
By accessing todutozz.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
We provide high-quality English education services. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason.
02 / Educational Assets
All proprietary curriculum, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned or licensed to Todutozz Language School.
Permitted Use
You are granted a limited license to access and use the site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Mexico. Todutozz Language School and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Tijuana, Baja California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Dispute Resolution
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, users agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings.
